One ensuite room becoming available from mid June..

Victorian house, located perfectly between in the middle of Clapham and Brixton, a short 5 to 10 minute walking distance to the buzz and amenities of both Clapham High Street and also Brixton. It's a great location - I love strolling to either Clapham high street or Brixton. Both are on the doorstop and equal distance.

Please note that while I will be a "live in" landlord, I expect us to live quite separately as I will have my own living space and will mostly use my garden exit door for private use, so these rooms will suit people who are happy to live very independently from the person they are renting from. Please also note that I am still doing works on my living space (which is separate from the area I am offering on here) so please bear that in mind - but the rooms on offer are in my view a really good option for the area and are ready to move in to.

Each room has its own private laundry facilities and a small sink / utility area - perfect for making that cup of coffee in the morning before heading out.

The kitchen will be shared between you and the second room - we will share the hall way. I will keep the living room for my space, but your kitchen has a good size table and is a good length and your rooms both have a sofa. So I think there will be plenty of space for us. I will post a picture of the kitchen shortly.
