Double bedroom to rent in lovely Clapham flat

Looking for someone to takeover my please on my flat; the new contract renews in may so you would be added on. The rent price is as shown and will not go up + £100 bills per month.

I live with 2 amazing girls who are really friendly and love to watch tv together in the living room and do things together but equally all very independent. Ideally we’d be looking for someone who is friendly as well as housemate, they are both super easy going.

Ivy - Canadian and works in customer service
Claudia - English and works in fashion
all work from home 2 /3 days a week but usually work in our bedrooms or living room.

We have a separate toilet which is really handy and washing machine and dishwasher. Smart tv with Netflix etc you are welcome to use.
The room comes furnished with a wardrobe; rail and chest of drawers are my own but I’m happy to leave both for an additional charge happy to discuss.

We have a gorgeous large shared garden and everyone’s goes out to sunbathe. Host barbecues and dinners in the summers.

The landlord is really easy going and happy to help with anything that needs it in the flat. We have a dishwasher also which is great.

Easy access to either Clapham Common or Brixton station as the bus stop is directly outside our flat and takes you there in under 10 minutes. Sainsbury’s 2 minute walk around the corner, 20 minute walk to Clapham Common or brixton station so northern or victoria line. Message me if interested and we can set up a viewing!
