Hey everyone!

One of our housemates is sadly moving in with his partner, so we are looking for someone to move in the ground floor double room from the start of September.

About us 👥
You’ll be sharing with three lovely housemates. We're a very sociable house, we like to go out together and occasionally have meals together too. Depending on the week you may find us at the pub, cooking house meals or just chatting in the living room watching Netflix. Keryn works in finance, he plays American football and enjoys going to the gym. Dan works in education, enjoys cooking and running. Holly works in a school, she loves cooking, reading and going out at the weekend (and is not afraid to end up in Infernos).

About the room & house 🏠
It's a three-storey house, with two bedrooms on the ground floor, kitchen and huge living room in the middle, and two bedrooms on the top floor. Both bottom and top floors have bathrooms, but the top floor has a bath as well as shower.
The available room is on the ground floor, fully furnished with bed, side table, chest of drawers and a wardrobe. The room is big enough to also fit an office chair and small desk if you’d like to work from home, although you're welcome to work on the dining table in the living room occasionally so that you're not locked away in your room all day! We have a front garden and another at the back (maintained by a gardener). This is where you'll typically find us on a sunny day and usually a couple of the neighbours will come and join us.

Location 📍
We're a seven-minute walk from Clapham South tube station, ten minutes if you get caught at the traffic lights (we timed it - sad I know). We also have a bus stop right outside the house where there's a bus which gets you to Brixton in 10 mins. It's a lovely and very well connected area!

Other 🗒️
Whilst we keep the house tidy and respect the communal spaces, we do have a cleaner that comes every other week to do the communal areas. The room is £950pm+ bills, which are currently around £135pm.
