Sadly our flatmate is moving into a place of their own so we are looking for a friendly person to join us. We are hoping to find someone looking for a home and not just a flat.
We are in a great location, the flat is a 10-15 minute walk to Clapham Junction as well as Clapham Common and Clapham South, on the northern line. It's 5 minute walk to the shops, bars and restaurants on Battersea Rise. The communal areas are spacious and homely, the perfect place to chill out and catch up in the evenings!
We also have a private landlady so no estate agents with tenancy/admin fees.
