Hiya! I’m looking for a new flatmate to replace my current one, who’s sadly moving out.

The flat is in a gated community with excellent transport links—just a 4-minute walk from Clapham North station and 6 minutes from Stockwell. It’s also within easy walking distance of Clapham Common, with plenty of great pubs, restaurants, and shops nearby.

The flat is modern and spacious, featuring an open-plan kitchen and living area. We also have a private garden, perfect for summer drinks or BBQs. The TV is set up with all the essentials like Disney+, Netflix, and Amazon Prime—great for cozy nights in!

The room is a bright double with plenty of storage and natural light, and you’ll have your own bathroom located off the main hallway.

Rent is £1,100 per month, with bills usually around £190 each.
