Charming Double Room with Garden view

We are three professionals looking for someone to replace our flatmate who is moving out at the beginning of December.

🛏️ The room is a spacious double room with plenty of natural light and a garden view. Our departing housemate will likely take most of the furniture with him, but is happy to negotiate sale of it separately.

🏡 The house is located in a prime area halfway between Battersea Park and Clapham Common – very quiet despite the central location and being just off of Wandsworth Road.
We are about 23 minutes walk/10 minutes bus ride away from Clapham Junction where you can find a big Asda and Lidl as well as plenty of other shopping and eating out opportunities (+ a big train station).
There are also three buses heading into central London just 3 minutes' walk away.

We have a large shared living room with comfy sofas and a flat-screen TV which is perfect for movie nights and dinner parties!
There is a fully equipped kitchen with plenty of storage space, leading into a spare room/study connecting to the garden.
The upstairs bathroom is shared between the flatmates and has both a bath and a shower. There is also an additional toilet downstairs.

Please note that we have a cat living with us as well - so please take that into consideration if you have a cat allergy!

👥 The Flatmates:
We are a friendly bunch with sometimes questionable sense of humour. Our household is generally quiet but for the occasional bursts of laughter. We often work from home and enjoy dinner parties, boardgames, and occasional outings together.
We often have guests and friends over, creating a lively and social atmosphere.

Bills (water, electricity, council tax and wifi) add up to an additional £140 per month.
