Double Room in Clapham South with large garden

Living Room

We are looking for a new housemate ( female) to join our lively and friendly home in Clapham South. The move in date for one room is the 31st October and the other from the 30th November.

- Double bedrooms with built in wardrobe
- Large garden with BBQ
- Sociable, fun housemates
- 10 min walk to Clapham South tube
- Separate kitchen and living room (netflix, prime, disney, now tv etc etc)


Room - Back of house - £700pcm - From 30th Nov
A spacious and sunny double room facing the garden, furnished with a built-in wardrobe.

Bills are roughly an additional £125 per month which includes a fortnightly cleaner.

The house has two bathrooms (1 bath/shower & 1 shower), washing machine, tumble dryer, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a big living room and a beautiful garden that we keep in great condition. The landlords are really great, very contactable and we've not had any rent increases in the last 4 years.

Now the important info:
Current housemates; Lakshman (29, Recruitment), John (28, Recruitment) and Hattie (30, event producer). We're both a mix of working in the office and WFH.

We are clean, respectful and kind house mates. During the week, we're usually busy with sports or socially, but we all try and hangout together when we can and we're always open to a peer pressured trip to the pub. When it's sunny, we'll fire up the BBQ and invite friends over.

We are looking for someone of a similar age (27-33), a female to keep the balance in the house, someone keen to be involved in pub trips & socialising, as well as someone who can do a viewing in person.
