2nd en-suite bedroom will be available with shared living room, kitchen, and balcony. Flat is a new built located in a quiet location 15-20 min walk to Clapham Common, South, and North station. Frequent bus connectivity gets you to train stations, destinations faster. Decided to split the bills so that we are both conscious about water & energy usage.
The room is available from 1st Sept onwards, includes en-suite bathroom with tub, single bed, and wardrobe. The kitchen is fully equipped but I hardly cook. Living room has a big screen tv and PS5.
