En-suite room available for 1 month in April

2nd en-suite bedroom will be available with shared living room, kitchen, and balcony. Flat is a new built located in a quiet location 15-20 min walk to Clapham Common, South, and North station. Frequent bus connectivity gets you to train stations, destinations faster.

The room is available now, includes en-suite bathroom with tub, single bed, and wardrobe. The kitchen is fully equipped but I hardly cook. Living room has a big screen tv and PS5.

Originally from Malaysia, I am a laid-back individual who enjoy socializing but also respect each other’s space. I work from home 3 times per week and enjoys peace / quiet on weekday evenings. Not OCD but expects shared responsibilities to keep common areas clean. When off work, I’m usually out traveling, swimming, working out, or socializing with friends.
