I’m subletting my beautiful double room in Clapham North from 22nd July to 30th of August while I’m away for the summer. If you’re looking for a short-term stay in a well-connected, vibrant area with a warm and relaxed atmosphere at home – this is for you!

The Room
Comfortable and fully furnished, perfect for someone who wants to feel at home. You’ll also get your own fridge – no awkward shelf-sharing needed!

The House

• Access to three supermarkets within walking distance
• 5 minutes from Clapham High Street – filled with great bars, restaurants, and buzzing nightlife
• Large, bright living room filled with plants
• Huge garden – perfect for sunny days and evening chill-outs

• Weekly cleaner included in the rent
• TV with Netflix, Disney+, and Amazon Prime ready to go

Flatmates
You’ll be sharing with two lovely professionals (2 girls). They’re super friendly, respectful, and easygoing. The house has a calm and cosy vibe, perfect for relaxing after work or exploring London.

Rent
The rent is inclusive of all bills. We also have a weekly cleaner with the cost of 42£ paid once a month by each flatmate.
