Looking for someone to take over my room in a well located 3-bedroom flat in Clapham.
The flat is situated on a quiet street roughly 15 minutes walk from both Clapham Common and Brixton stations. The flat is also near several large supermarkets including Sainburys and Lidl.
Flat enjoys access to a share garden and two parking spaces, with an outdoor garage for additional storage.
There is a large shared lounge/dining room, kitchen, and two bathrooms (only need to share the bathroom with one other flatmate as the largest room has an ensuite)
The two flatmates you will be living with are two male civil servants (aged 25 & 26). They like a quiet respectful living situation. but they do enjoy being a social flat as well often going out for a pub quiz or a pint.
