We are looking for a new housemate to join our spacious and comfortable three-person female flatshare. We are a relaxed, professional household and are specifically looking for a female professional (30+) who leads a busy, independent life.

We are looking for a full-time professional over 30 who:
• has a busy lifestyle and works out of the office (monday–friday).
• is looking for a calm, mature home environment rather than a "party house."
• is tidy, respectful, and enjoys their own space while being friendly in passing.

The flat is very well-proportioned for three people and includes a fully equipped kitchen with a washing machine and microwave.
