Lovely newly redecorated double room available in Clapham.

The room includes its own small fridge and is ideal for someone looking for a comfortable short-term stay. I am the landlord and also live in the property.

I am mainly looking for short-term tenants (preferably up to two weeks maximum), but I would consider longer stay.

Clapham High Street is just a two-minute walk away, with plenty of restaurants, bars, supermarkets, cafés, and other amenities nearby.

The flat has excellent transport links, with both Clapham North and Clapham Common stations within walking distance, providing easy access to the Northern Line and central London. There are also several bus routes nearby. There is also Clapham High Street overground.

Clapham Common is only a short walk away, perfect for relaxing, exercising, or enjoying the open green space.

The flat is on the ground floor of a Victorian house located in a very quiet residential area near SW4 7LH despite being only minutes from the lively high street.
