Lovely Clapham Flat Temp Accomodation

Hi!

My housemate is moving out on June 13th, and the flat is going on sale so we are looking for anyone who is only looking for temp accommodation, this is suited for anyone in between places or just moved to the UK and needs to time to search for a home etc. We can guarantee at least 2 months (probably more) but we can discuss this if this sounds like it would suit you.

Open to a couple taking the room but the price would be adjusted to 1400.
There is a garden, and a washing machine/dryer and a dishwasher. Bills are 200 on top of the rent.
It is furnished, the room has a bed, wardrobe and shelves. The only thing leaving is the white desk you see in the photos.

A bit about myself- I'm a social person, but I do spend a lot of my time in my room, just because I study and meditate a lot, into meditation obviously! :) I'm a creative, so writing/acting etc I dog sit through Rover, and I do have a little dog called Alfie that regularly stays, so need to be a dog friendly person! :) thanks!
