We have a great double bedroom with loads of under bed storage and built in wardrobes available in Clapham South, only a 10 min walk from the station.

We have a spacious living room and kitchen and room to work from home in the living room if needed!

We are two professional girls working in marketing and for the NHS looking for a clean and sociable housemate to fit right into our flat.

We are very sociable and enjoy spending time together after work watching tv, going out for dinner or to the cinema and having a drink together, but also appreciate each other’s private space.

Rent is £725 per month
Bills come to approx £90 per month
Deposit is £725
We rent directly from the landlord so no agency fees!!
(Landlord is very chilled and friendly)

The room comes with:
- Double ottoman bed
- chest of drawers
- bedside table
- built in wardrobes
- Desk (can use or we can store in a cupboard)
(Also two big cupboards in the hallway which we share, so extra storage)
