Clapham Common room available

Hi girls!

Our flatmate is moving out to live with her boyfriend so we are looking for someone to join our lovely all girl flatshare in Clapham from 16th July.

The location:
The flat is in a great location, about 5 mins from Clapham Common tube station for the Northern Line and 10 minutes from Clapham High Street overground. Big Sainsbury's is about 2 minutes away, along with Clapham High Street. It's a great area to live in with plenty of pubs, bars, coffee shops and the common.

The room:
This is a good sized bedroom, the largest in the flat. It comes fully furnished with a bed, drawers, wardrobe and desk. The flat is managed by a private landlord who is really good, he always responds quickly and replaces things when needed. The flat has one bathroom (the toilet is separate), a kitchen and living room.

The flatmates:
This is a three bed flat so you would be living with two other girls, Lotte and Abi- both 28. One of us works full time in the office and the other is hybrid. Outside of work you can find us sunbathing on the common, in the pub, gym, cinema, playing sport, exploring London and we love chilling in the flat binging a series together.

We are looking for a girl similar age, mid 20s to early 30s.
Your tenancy would start 16th July.
Your rent would be £886 a month.
Bills come to around £130 a month for Council Tax, EDF, Thames Water, WiFi and TV licence.
Deposit- one month's rent. One week's rent to be paid for holding deposit with the remainder of the deposit to be paid on the move in date.
The landlord requires you to supply an employer reference, confirmation of salary, and a previous landlord reference if possible.
