Rent is very good value at £750pcm (and very unlikely to go up again until Jan 2028). Bills work out to be around £100pcm including council tax.

The flat is a short walk to Brixton station (Victoria line), Clapham North station (Northern line) and Clapham High street station (Windrush line) as well as Brixton high street, Clapham common and Brockwell park. There is a corner shop across the street and Lidl and big Tesco are a 5 minute walk so it’s very well connected.

The room comes furnished with a double bed and mattress (there is storage space understand). Clothes storage is available in a full length cupboard opposite the bed (not pictured). The desk and chair are mine but I am willing to sell both if needed. The room has an amazing view of the London skyline .

Very accommodating and easy landlord. The maisonette sits above a restaurant but it is currently closed so there is no noise there.
