Clapham is a vibrant spot, flat is also situated just 10 minutes to Clapham Common and the idyllic Abbeville Road.

Your potential new flatmates are both easygoing and friendly. This is a creative flat which would be well suited to someone who works in the arts or enjoys theatre. You would enjoy social time together as a flat, but of course, your private space would be respected.

We have always had a very homely feel to the flat, socialising and looking after the joint spaces together. The ideal new flatmate will be clean and respectful of shared spaces, however we have never had rotas or anything like that. We are looking for someone who would like a long term spot to settle and enjoy having this flat as a home.

The room is furnished (although you have the option to bring your own bed if you have one). The flat is part furnished. Bills come to approx. £100pcm.
