Hi everyone! Myself (28) and my girlfriend (26) are looking for a couple or individual to move into our room in Clapham Common.
Move in date: 1st of September (not flexible to move in before the 1st of September)
Price: £1900 per month (bills not included)
About the flat:
-15 minute walk to Clapham Common tube station
-10 minute walk to Clapham Junction
-Bus stop right outside the door
-Washer and dryer available
-Office/spare room for guests
Requirements:
-Must be full time permanent worker (if in a couple both of you have to be full time working, with no probation period)
-Minimum salary is £27,000
About myself and my boyfriend:
Tom is English and I’m Irish. We both enjoy being active and are into fitness, pubs, and anything else really! We are both social and want to find a couple or individual who is also the same!
