We are looking for one more person to join us in a 3 bed new build 4th floor apartment in Clapham, beginning 11 August.

We have a large double en-suite room available in a modern new-build development, less than a 10-minute walk from Clapham South station. The available room is a spacious en suite, with a fitted wardrobe and double bed, alongside a large shared kitchen/living space and shared balcony. The rent is £1,395 p/month + bills, and the room is available from 11 August.

A bit about us – Tommy (27) is from Buckinghamshire and has been working in London for the last 8 months, while Liam (30) is relocating from Yorkshire to start a new role. We actually met through Spare Room not too long ago, and became good friends in the process - and are hoping to find someone with a similar vibe above anything else!

We’re both friendly, easy-going, and sociable. Our interests include staying active/gym, travelling whenever we get the chance, music events, pub outings, and making the most of everything London has to offer. Whike we also appreciate our own/ each other’s space, and value a clean, considerate, respectful environment.

Ideally, we’re looking for someone of a similar age, who would also like to make a house a bit more of a a home!
