Spacious Double Room by Abbeville Village

Hi! I’m looking for someone to take over my lovely double room in a bright, spacious house in Clapham, as I’m moving in with my boyfriend after 2.5 very happy years living here. The room is unfurnished except for the bed and mattress but may be able to leave some furniture if requested.

You’ll be living with three lovely girls Rachel, Grace and Kate – who work in Finance, Law and for a children’s cancer charity. It’s a sociable, friendly house where everyone has their own lives but also enjoys the occasional chat, dinner or trip to the pub together.

The house itself is a great size, with a separate living room, a large kitchen, two bathrooms and a sunny garden that’s perfect in the summer. The location is amazing too right by Clapham Common and Abbeville Village, with lots of lovely pubs, cafés and shops on your doorstep. Clapham South tube is also just an 8 minute walk away.
