Looking for a friendly working professional to fill my room in Clapham Common on 4th August. Only moving to be closer to work and my social life in north London otherwise have absolutely loved living here and am sad to leave 💔 the existing flatmates are all lovely professionals and we're looking for someone similar to fill my room. Rent: £1098.75 pm
Bills: £83 - £90 pm
Deposit: £1284 (rent is weighted by room but deposit is split by 4 hence why it is greater than 5 weeks rent)

10 mins walk to Clapham Common tube station, 2 mins to nearest supermarket, 3 mins walk to the common.

Remaining tenants:
F25 - works in technical publishing, hybrid
M25 - financial services consulting, 4 days/wk in office
M24 - starting law school in Sept through a training contract.

The house is on the ground floor set back off the road so it is super peaceful. The room gets beautiful morning sun and window looks onto the shared estate with plenty of greenery. Kitchen is modern and set up for four sharers so you have your own cupboard. Living room is shared and we recently got a 75" TV (!!) which is perfect for watching the world cup, and we have been known to watch the occasional episode of Love Island.

Landlord is very responsive, we have a WhatsApp group with them directly and they are wonderful.
