2 Rooms Available – Clapham Penthouse

I’m looking for two new flatmates to join me in a lovely penthouse flat in Clapham; I’ve lived in the flat for the past 2 years and absolutely love it (see the terrace pics), but sadly my two friends are moving out so I’m on the search for the right people to come join!! Starting the process early as the girls and I have to serve two months notice on July 30.

The flat:
Split over two levels, with bedrooms downstairs and a bright open-plan living/kitchen/dining space upstairs.

There’s a desk and monitor in the upstairs space as I WFH 2/3 days, but I’m chill sharing this or moving the desk into my room.

The flat is so ideal for hosting, having friends over, or just relaxing - no noise issues up this high! Everything is furnished so it’s an easy move. Letting agency/landlord are also great, not had issues.

 The rooms (incl. bills):
• Room 1: £1,564 – Spacious double room, fully furnished with fitted wardrobes, shelving, and great storage. Bathroom is just next door (not ensuite).

• Room 2: £1,494 – Furnished double room with ensuite (with bath!). Slightly narrower but still a great size.

Both rooms are great, and there’s sooo much storage in the flat in general. Note: the letting agency will do referencing, and the deposit is £1576.

 Building/location:
• 10-min walk to Clapham Common & Clapham North
• 15-min walk to Brixton
• Double-gated building (very secure – great for ASOS deliveries I gotta say)
• Bike storage available


About you:
Ideally aged 28–34, sociable, tidy, and looking for more than just a place to stay – genuinely keen for someone to make this their home and for us to be friends. We’re all paying insane rent prices in London, and I’m not the type to dictate on anything. Just want people who are considerate, nice and fun to live with.

About me:
I’m 32, Scottish (from Glasgow) and work in procurement for an energy company. I’m pretty sociable, like meeting new people/having friends over every now and then, but also looove a chill night in too. Recently discovered HBO and my life has changed for the better.
