Double room in Clapham

This is a double bedroom available from 1st August in Clapham.

The room is technically unfurnished but I’m happy to sell everything in there for a reasonable offer.

You’ll be sharing with Joel, Cameron, Liam and Nathan. They’re all working professionals in the city (3-5 days in the office). You’ll share 2 toilets between 3 in the house (as two rooms have en-suites).

Clapham Common and Clapham North station are both less than a 10 minute walk from the house. Sainsbury’s and Lidl are both a 5 minute walk from the house. Bills are around £80 a month depending on winter or summer.

We all enjoy running, sports, pubs and travelling. The house try to get out together when we can! We also have a fairly large garden (for London) which gets put to great use in the summer.
