A room is becoming available in our 3 bed Clapham flat from the 8th of August.

The flat is so nice - loads of sunlight, big windows, high ceilings. The kitchen / living area is all open planned and again gets great sunlight. It’s the bottom floor of an old police station so it’s a cool design / layout.

The room available is a double with furnishings supplied (chest of drawers, wardrobe, etc). You would be moving with Dylan, a 27 year old Scot/Welshman working in asset management and Ben, a 25 year old from Surrey working as. Both lads keep the place in very good shape and have no preference for boy/girl; just be sound, have a job, and be up for a laugh in the gaff!

The flat is all within walking distance (5-15 mins) of Stockwell, Clapham North, Nine Elms and Wandsworth Road tube/overground stations, making it an easy commute to anywhere in London. Its also an ideal flat for cyclists, with a ground floor, secure bike store, dedicated to building residents.

There is a small Tesco’s and Sainsbury’s nearby with two big Sainsbury’s, an M&S and a Lidl a slightly further walk (10/15 minutes).
