We have a spacious double room available in a friendly three-bed flat in Clapham, just a short walk from Clapham South station and Clapham Common.

THE FLAT:

The flat has three bedrooms, a shared bathroom, a bright living area, a separate kitchen and a balcony — perfect for enjoying a coffee or a drink when the weather is nice. There’s plenty of space to relax or work from home.

THE NEIGHBOURHOOD:

The flat is in a great location with Clapham South station (Northern line) just a short walk away, along with Clapham Common. There are loads of cafés, pubs, restaurants and shops nearby, with everything you need within easy reach.

THE ROOM:

The room is a bright, fully furnished double with plenty of storage, making it ideal for a working professional (great view for sunsets)

THE HOUSEMATES

You’ll be living with two other young working professionals:

* Liam (28) – Friendly, easy-going and always up for a chat or a pint. Keeps the flat clean and tidy and is a brilliant cook who often makes enough for everyone.
* Yusuke (28) – Relaxed, sociable and easy to live with. Enjoys touch rugby and spending time with friends.

It’s a relaxed, friendly flat where everyone gets on well, and we’re looking for someone who’s clean, considerate and happy to be part of the flat. We’d love to introduce you to the guys before making any decisions to make sure it’s a good fit for everyone.
