I'm looking for someone to sublet my furnished room while I'm travelling from 11th September until 7th December.

The room is fully furnished with a bed, desk, and plenty of storage, and I'll be taking all of my personal belongings with me, so you'll have the space entirely to yourself.

The flat is located in SW8 (Lambeth) and has 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a separate kitchen, and a spacious living room.

Rent is £800pcm, excluding bills. Council tax (Lambeth) is around £50pcm, and other bills are typically around £50pcm, so you can expect to pay roughly £900pcm including bills (this may vary slightly month to month).

The location is fantastic for getting around London. It's within walking distance of Clapham Common and Nine Elms stations (Northern line), and there's a bus stop literally outside the front door with direct routes to Clapham Junction, Waterloo, Leicester Square, and Vauxhall.

You'll be sharing with two friendly, easy-going housemates who are relatives of the landlords. Jack is an accountant, and Evan, who moves in at the end of August, is a graphic designer. It's a relaxed, respectful household that's ideal for a working professional or postgraduate looking for a comfortable place to stay.

The landlord is fully aware of and happy with the sublet, so everything is completely legitimate.
