I’m moving in with my partner so listing my double room to up in our friendly Clapham South flat for £800 all in. It’s got space for a desk and a nice big wardrobe for storage, and is less than a 10 min walk from Clapham South on the northern line, and has great bus links right outside the building.

You’d be living with:

* Cerys (Cerys is moving out end of August and her room will be available from 31st if you have a friend who’s interested - it’s a very small £700 flat)
* Rebecca (hospitality, 24, super friendly and loves the gym and working out)
* Nivi (hospitality, lovely and loves a coffee date!)

We’re a friendly household who like to chat and socialise although Nivi and Rebecca work in hospitality meaning we don’t always cross paths. The flat has a nice kitchen living room with a lovely balcony that gets afternoon sun. We have a dishwasher which makes life easy! We’re looking for someone who is kind, clean, friendly, and wants to really get along with the others in the flat!
