Looking for a new flatmate to replace in our flat in Stockwell / Clapham North area from the end of July or start of August!

We have a beautiful 3-bedroom ground floor flat with a spacious living area, kitchen, and a south facing garden!

About the room:

~ double room, wardrobe
~ we do have a desk in the living room to use if you need to work from home

Location:
~10 min walk to Stockwell station and Clapham North
~less than 10 min walk to Wandsworth Road overground
~10 min walk to Clapham Old Town
~ 20 min walk Battersea Power Station

About us:
Laura (current housemate) is a 27 year old working in eu policy consulting from Spain who likes playing football, going bouldering sometimes and travelling back to europe whenever she can 🤘

I’m Yasmin (current housemate) 28, civil servant from Northern Ireland , I like to go shopping, to the pub, exploring London and going to the cinema 😊

We are looking for someone with a similar vibe, who is clean and respectful, but also someone who would be up for making friends with & hanging out with socially💗
