Looking for a short term tenant to take the room for 3 weeks 27th July - 18th August! It's a big, light room with an ensuite. Bills included.

The flat itself is a large 3 bed across 2 floors with a shared living room, separate kitchen and terrace. It's a super nice area: <5 min walk from Clapham North tube station, and <10 min walk from Clapham Common.

Ideally looking for females, since the current tenants both are. We're both working full time in NGO / public policy jobs, love going fun stuff in the city, sports, art, gigs. We're both away for a week or so each during this period so you'd often get the house to yourself.
