The house has a shared bathroom, living /dining room with tv, coal shed for bike storage and kitchen with all amenities. Garden is very big and has a bbq, seating and is south facing.

I am a 27 year old architect living with one other housemate, Hugo who is 26 and works as an accountant. The local Council is Lambeth. The terms of the stay are under a lodger agreement. Bills come to roughly £120-£150 a month. The room is free from late August onwards.

Local transport links include:
-10 minute walk from Clapham Common tube and Nine Elms tube
-15 minute walk to Stockwell Tube
-10 minute bus to Vauxhall or Clapham Junction.
We are near to a big Sainsbury’s in Nine Elms and nice coffee shops and pubs in Clapham Old Town. Also in between Clapham Common and Battersea Park for runs and walks.
