We’re looking for a friendly housemate to join our three-bedroom flat in Clapham.

The room available is the largest bedroom in the flat and comes fully furnished with a double bed, desk, chair and storage, making it ideal for someone who works from home or wants a spacious room. (Photos make room look smaller but one of the desks and the clothes rack won’t be there once our current housemate leaves freeing up a lot of room)

The flat is on the top floor, giving it a bright and quiet feel. It also benefits from a large living room, a balcony, and a dedicated bike storage room. The communal areas are professionally cleaned, helping keep the shared spaces in great condition.

The location is excellent, just a 5-minute walk from Clapham South Station.
