Short term single room available in Clapham

Bright and cosy single room available for short term let up to 3 months in Clapham North. My flat is 2 beds 1 bath with a lovely and sunny private garden, only 10 minutes from Clapham North and Clapham High Street stations and about 15 minutes from Stockwell. Loads of great local amenities in Clapham including restaurants, coffee shops and the Common.

Room has a good amount of storage for a single room and you will also have access to a shed in case you have anything to store. I’m currently wfh full time in the living room, but there is a desk in the room so also possible for you to wfh as well. Room is dual aspect so super sunny and bright.

I’m a quiet and tidy roommate but I enjoy a chat in the evening/watching TV or a movie. I also have a small Maltese dog who lives in the flat so you’d need to be ok with dogs (although she keeps to herself). I would also consider having another small dog in the flat provided they’re crate trained.

Bills aren’t included and come out to ~£140 a month including council tax at £85pp. Lambeth council tax band D.
