Spacious ensuite double in house nr Clapham South

Looking for someone to take over my room in a lovely, spacious townhouse near Clapham South. Google says we are 7 mins' walk from the tube station, and 5 mins' walk from the big Tesco near there.

The room itself is a really generous double and is almost set up like a small flat, with its own entrance corridor, built-in wardrobes and private ensuite bathroom. I’ve measured the space at around 186 sq ft, including the ensuite.

The house has a huge amount of shared space. Downstairs there’s a large living room/workspace, as well as a modern kitchen and dining area leading out to the garden. The kitchen has all the usual appliances, including induction hobs and a dishwasher, which was only recently replaced by the landlord.

There’s also a separate main bathroom with a large bathtub and rainfall shower, plus a good-sized laundry room on the first floor with a relatively new washing machine and plenty of space for drying racks.

Council tax is Band G, which works out at around £60 per person per month. Across the year, our gas and electricity usage average around £57 per person per month.

The remaining housemates are a group of guys with fairly similar interests and a relaxed household dynamic. We’ll occasionally do things together e. g. pub quizzes, watching footie on TV, netflix etc. But everyone also has their own lives and we’re respectful of each other’s space.
