You'd be moving in with 2 guys, 26 and 28, both working professionals and into sports, going for a pint etc, all the standard stuff. There isn't working lots of working from home space as no desk in room and one of the current flatmates uses the lounge M/W/F, so please bare this in mind!
Northern line and buses are two minutes away, and Clapham High Street, Old Town and Balham are a short walk if you want food or a night out close to home.
