About the room
Large double bed, plenty of natural light, and a good amount of space for storage/furniture. Being on the top floor, it's nice and quiet away from the communal areas.

Bills
Bills are roughly £150/month in winter and £50/month in summer (variation mainly due to heating).

Shared spaces
Big communal kitchen and TV/living area downstairs — great for cooking together or just hanging out
Large balcony on the second floor for communal use — perfect for morning coffee or evening drinks in the warmer months

Location & transport
Fantastic spot right between Battersea Park and Clapham. Clapham Common and Clapham Common station are a 5-minute walk, and there's a bus stop just 1 minute away — easy access into central London and beyond.

Current housemates
We're a very active household — sporty and sociable.

Rob, 26 – Works in Sales, works from home 3–4 days a week. Enjoys running, gym, golf, tennis and the pub.

Matt, 28 – Works in Finance, WFH two days a week. Enjoys running, gym, golf, tennis and the pub.

Kiera, 25 – Works in Insurance, in the office every day. Enjoys sports and socialising.

We're looking for someone who'd fit that same energy! We are all easy going and doing activities together as well as having our own friendships circles outside of the house!!

Landlord
Landlord is easy to deal with, quick to sort out any issues, and only visits roughly every 6 months, so it's very much your own space day-to-day.
