Double room in a homely maisonette in Clapham

After living here for four and a half years, I'm moving out of this lovely maisonette in Clapham to move in with my partner. As such, I'm looking for someone to move into the room.

About the room:
The room is a bright, spacious double room on the second floor with a large south facing window which looks out onto gardens at the back of the house. It comfortably fits a king size bed, wardrobe, desk and shelves (as per the photos).

The room comes part-furnished, with the bed and mattress, wardrobe and bedside table. The rest of the furniture seen in the photos will be leaving with me!

About the flat:
The flat is a first and second floor maisonette, with a shared kitchen, lounge, utility room and bathroom. The lounge is pretty spacious and the kitchen is great, with gas hobs, two ovens, a microwave and a dishwasher (in addition to various gadgets provided by my flatmates). The utility room has a washing machine, a dryer and an extra freezer.

Overall, it's in pretty good nick, with new carpets installed in the last year.

It's also really well located, about a 7 minute walk to Clapham North tube station (Northern Line) and Clapham High Street station (Windrush Overground), and a 12 minute walk from Brixton tube station (Victoria Line). You also have loads of great pubs, cafes and things to do right on the doorstep in Clapham and Brixton.

About my flatmates:
I've lived with Luka and Daniel for 4 years and they are dream flatmates. Daniel works in fine foods and is always bringing home delicious cheese, charcuterie and other assorted treats. Luka works in hospitality and has a wicked knowledge of London's food, drink and entertainment scenes (he's quite partial to a boogie). Both are super social, kind and generous, and we're often at the pub or cooking food in the flat together.

About you (hopefully!):
I'm looking for another guy to move into the room. Ideally, you'll be a sociable, tidy and considerate young professional who would get on well with Luka and Daniel. If you like good food, good drink and good company, you'll fit right in!

Details:
Rent is £950 per month, not including bills (which are roughly £130 per month, including council tax which is Band D in Lambeth Council).
Deposit is £833.
Available from 26 September.
