Hi! We — Grace & Oli (32, 33 yrs old) — are looking for a housemate to join our three-bedroom flat in Clapham from mid September.

The room is available from September 14th but we can be flexible.

I (Grace) own the flat and have lived here with Oli (my fiancé) for 4 years, always with an additional flat mate and with our 1 year old Border Terrier, Nellie :)

We're looking for a friendly flat mate who is tidy, likes dogs (she's v well behaved and requires no looking after from this house mate), likes the odd trip to the pub or to cook together.
We're super friendly, social and active.
The flat is just off Abbeville Road making it a gorgeous place to live and wander on evenings, with a huge garden great for hosting.

- Spare room/office - I work from home 3 ish days a week but the person can use it too :)
