- Shared bathroom (bath & shower) with one other female

- Secured (fob entry) bike storage
- Fortnightly cleaner
- 7 minute walk to Clapham South tube station

About Us:
- 2 professional females in our 30s. One works in finance and the other is an entrepreneur in the health industry!
- We love traveling, chilled evenings at the flat or hosting wine and cheese nights with friends on the weekends.
- Our home is where we decompress from the hustle and bustle of the city life and we take the peaceful vibe of the flat very seriously
- This is not a party flat and we are looking for someone who will be respectful of that

We are looking a female who:
- is in their late 20s to mid-30s
- ideally works outside of the flat but a couple days a week wfh would be alright too!
- is friendly, extremely tidy and home proud as we like to keep the flat very clean and picked up.
- wants to enjoy nights in together at the flat, but who also has their own life and friends

The Details:
- Lease take over would be as of October 18th
- We are looking for long term tenants only
- Rent £1107 + bills ~£175 per month (including Lambeth Council Tax Band E)
- Deposit £1250
- Must pass the referencing and income checks facilitated by our property management
- Room is mostly unfurnished except for bed/mattress - so you would have to provide other items ❤️
