Lovely big room near Clapham North

I’m moving out of this lovely 2-bed flat and looking for someone to take my space.

The flat is a 10 minute walk from Clapham North tube (northern line), and there is a bus stop literally on the doorstep which takes you to Brixton in 5 minutes.

The room itself is large, and comes with the double bed frame and the mattress, as well as the two wardrobes and the chest of drawers in the pics. The window is east facing, so gets a lot of morning sun.

The flat is spacious, with a decent kitchen and nice bathroom. The living room can easily fit a dining table and chairs, and also has two sofas.

The flat is nice and quiet, and the large trees outside the windows make it feel even more secluded! There is also a small car park outside, with a big padlocked gate.
