Tenancy

* This is a formal tenant replacement / change of sharer, not a sublet
* Your name will be added to the tenancy paperwork through Hamptons
* Referencing and Right to Rent checks will be required
* The tenancy was originally set up before the new rental reforms came into effect, so the agent will simply arrange the necessary documents for the change of tenant
* Rent will continue to be paid formally through Hamptons
* There is no fixed minimum term required under the new rolling tenancy arrangement, but I am ideally looking for someone who can stay for at least 6 months
* After 6 months, if your circumstances change and you would like to move out, that is absolutely fine as long as you give 2 months notice
