We have a bright, sunny double bedroom available for rent in a shared flat. The room comes with large, triple-door built-in wardrobe.

The flat has a good size lounge with a desk available for working from home. The kitchen has all appliances including washing machine and dishwasher, there are also all the kitchen utensils that you may need. The bathroom will be shared with 1 other person.

The ideal tenant will be sociable and happy to chill with us in the flat rather than always hiding away in their room. Whilst we all have our own lives, we also like to spend time with each other and occasionally go out for drinks, dinner or weekend adventures and have just come back from a girls trip to Porto. Whilst there is a desk available in the lounge to use, we are looking for someone who works from home only once or twice a week so that we can all schedule our wfh days around each other.

The owner of the flat, Louisa, is a live-in landlord and has been living here for 12 years. Louisa is a Project Manager, loves travelling, books and the theatre. Lea, the other tenant, has been living here for a year after moving over from Australia. Lea also loves travelling, finding delicious spots to eat and drink, and learning new sports. There is also a 3 year old cat called Willow living here, her hobbies include napping, playing chase and begging for treats.

All bills are included in the monthly rent and include the wi-fi, a cleaner who comes every Friday, water, gas, electricity.
