Small Double Room in Clapham

One of our housemates is moving at the end of September so we're looking to fill a small double room in our flat in Clapham. The room is fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe and 4 drawer chest of drawers (which is not pictured) - the desk in the photo is not included but there is space for one and the chest of drawers that is currently in the room can be moved onto the landing. The house has 4 bedrooms, an open kitchen/living room area with a small balcony and 1 bathroom with a separate toilet.

We’re halfway between Clapham Common station and Clapham junction, approximately a 10/15 minute walk to each, but there are lots of buses from right outside the flat that go both ways. We’re a 5 minute walk from the Common, with a Sainsbury’s and Tesco a 2 min walk away.

The rent is £775pcm and bills currently work out around £108 a month, including council tax, water, gas/electricity and wifi, but this varies slightly seasonally. The landlord is great and has a handyman who fixes any problems we have. The contract ends at the end of September but there may be potential to extend another year.

We are all ages 25-27, I'm a nanny, Holly works in finance and Gabby is a speech therapist. We're looking for a friendly/sociable housemate who is up for watching trash tv in the evening or cooking dinner and enjoying a drink, but also we respect each others privacy and get that we all have our own lives going on as well!
