The flat has a shared driveway and French doors out to a private garden. There are all new radiators throughout so it’s a lovely and warm flat in the winter!

The Room: A small double bedroom equipped with a clothes rail and a bookshelf. (Please note: The room comes without a bed, so you will need to bring your own bed/mattress).

Abbeville Village: Less than a 5-minute walk to Abbeville Road, which is great for independent cafes, restaurants, bakeries, and pubs.
Green Spaces: Roughly a 10-minute walk to Clapham Common, and also within easy walking distance to Tooting Common.

Close to Clapham South Underground (Northern Line).
Direct bus to Brixton Station (Victoria Line & Overground) in just 13 minutes (or a 35-minute walk).
