Clapham North Flat Share

Hey everyone,

I’m looking for someone to take over my room from Monday, November 2nd.

It’s a cosy flat in Clapham North / Stockwell area with lots of amazing natural light from large windows in every room. The flat is located in a really connected area with Clapham North, Nine Elms & Stockwell stations all within 10mins walk and the overground (windrush line) 5 mins walk. Clapham Junction is about a 10-20min bus away (depending on traffic). Bus stop is about 3 mins walk from the flat with the 77, 87 & 452 buses.

You’ll be living with Melissa & Jack, two lovely flatmates! Melissa is Australian and has lived in London for 10+ years, likes to spend her time outside of work at gigs or some form of theatre / film watching or just chit chatting about music. Jack is British, loves alternative and obscure film. Of course, we all love a little pint in the local! Both Jack and Melissa have been calling this flat home for 4 years. They both work full time, not from home, so the place is pretty chill during the day if you’re someone who works from home like me!

Our landlord is really responsive and great when it comes to anything being required of them. The rent is also locked in at £950 incl. all bills until July 2027 as agreed upon by the landlord.

You will be taking over my name on the lease and will need to have a previous landlord reference.

I’m hoping to schedule viewings in the evenings on Oct 5&6th or the week after on 12,13&14th.
