Nice double room furnished in a duplex flat in Clapham South area, 7 minute walk from Clapham South tube and 15 minutes from Balham tube. Flat to a high refurb standard. Would be sharing with a 40 year old woman who is a professional and works mostly Monday to Friday 8-6. A friendly flat, looking for the right person of similar age to get on with existing flatmate.
Room is available from November 26 onwards, we can be flexible on dates as more important to find the right person. Cost is rent only, then bills on top to be shared with other flatmate. Budget roughly £150 -£200 a month for that. It’s council tax band A.
