I’m sadly moving out of my lovely double room in Clapham to move in with my boyfriend.

13 min walk from Clapham North Underground and 15 min walk to Clapham Common Underground and Clapham Common Park! 5 min walk to Wandsworth Road Overground for the Windrush line (easy journey to Clapham Junction or Denmark Hill for Kings College Hospital).

Large double bed with plenty of space. The room comes with the bed and built-in wardrobe. I have brought the 2 chest of drawers, hanging rack, desk with shelf and office chair - happy to sell on to next tenant.

Good sized en-suite with window inside bathroom. Large window brings in good sunlight for the bedroom too.

Really lovely area, part of Clapham Old town. Nearby gyms (Virgin Active 7 mins walk away) and great takeaways.

You’ll be living with a lovely female flatmate.

The rest of the flat is split between 2 floors so the other flatmate stays upstairs to you - great for privacy as you barely hear each other in your rooms. Shared kitchen and living room.
