I’m moving on to a new home, so I’m looking for someone to take over my lovely double room in our Clapham North flat. It’s a 5-minute walk to Clapham North station and close to all the great bars, cafés, and shops along Clapham High Street.

• Overlooks a quiet street

🏠 The flat:
• Shared with friendly working professionals
• Large shared living room and bathroom
• Garden balcony

Please be aware we are currently awaiting some repairs, particularly to the living room ceiling. These will be carried out promptly once the landlord's insurance company confirms, should be completed within the next month or so.

• 5 mins walk to Clapham North (Northern Line)
• 5 mins to Clapham High Street Overground
• Close to supermarkets, gyms, and pubs

💷 Rent: £697.95 per month + bills
🗓 Move-in date: asap
📅 Minimum stay: 6 months

Looking for someone friendly, respectful, quiet and tidy to join the house. Female preferred to maintain gender balance in the house.
