Double room in three bed flat Clapham

We are two working Irish girls in our mid twenties looking for someone to takeover a double room in our three bed, two storey flat in Clapham!

We’re looking for someone sociable and outgoing, clean and considerate and wants to be a part of the flat. We moved to London together last year as friends but our third flatmate is sadly moving out.

We love spending time together in the shared areas whether is be chatting, chilling or cooking our dinners. We also do our own thing and are very easy going. We like having friends around and sometimes to stay. We like to keep the flat clean, tidy and chill.

The double room is bright and spacious, gets evening sun, has a very large wardrobe. Space for a desk, work from home area. (For an extra sum the existing furniture and desk can be included).

One of us works from home 2-3 days a week in the living room. The flat is bright and spacious, two storeys, has two bathrooms, a separate kitchen, a separate living room and a balcony.

Located 12 mins walk to Clapham South tube station and the Common. Brixton and Balham are also only a 20 min walk away.
