Cosy Double in Clapham/Stockwell - £950 inc bills

After 4 years I’m moving closer to work and looking for someone to take over my double room in a lovely, friendly flat in the Clapham North / Stockwell area.

The flat is bright and welcoming, with large windows throughout letting in loads of natural light. It’s a comfortable home in a really well-connected part of South London, making it easy to get around the city.

Transport links are a real highlight:
- Stockwell, Clapham North and Nine Elms stations are within a 10-minute walk.
- Wandsworth Road Overground (Windrush line) is approximately a 5-minute walk away.
- There’s a bus stop around 3 minutes from the flat, served by the 77, 87 and 452.
- Clapham Junction and Vauxhall within easy distance for national rail

You’ll be living with Melissa and David, both in their 30s
Melissa has called the flat home for 4 years and loves gigs, theatre, films and chatting about music.
David is new and moving into the third room by November.
They’re both friendly, chilled young professionals who enjoy a relaxed home environment and the occasional pint at our (extremely) local pub, Feeleys.

They both work full-time and don’t work from home, so the flat is generally pretty quiet during the day if you’re working from home yourself.

The practical bits
- Rent: £950 per month, including all bills.
- Rent fixed: The landlord has agreed to keep the rent at £950 including bills until July 2027.
- Room: Double room.
- Tenancy: You’ll take over my place on the existing tenancy agreement.
- Referencing: A reference from a previous landlord is required.

Our landlord is also really responsive and helpful whenever anything needs sorting, which makes a big difference.

Please note the broken chest of drawers / shelf is being replaced.
