Plenty of shared living space including a living room, dining room and kitchen Washing Machine in the kitchen

A cleaner who comes once every two weeks which we all contribute towards

A very spacious bedroom on the 1st Floor Double bed with mattress
A standing wardrobe, chest of drawers and a bedside table
Bedroom overlooks the garden at the back of the house, so very quiet at night

About you
We are looking for a female housemate who is a similar age range (current tenants are 29-32) and is easy going and would treat this house like a home. We all have quite busy schedules but also like to spend time together in the house having a chat and a movie night. We would also like someone who is clean and tidy, and respectful of the communal living spaces.

Move in date - middle/ end of November can be flexible

Bills: around £150 (in winter, cheaper in summer)
Cleaner comes every two weeks cleaning all communal spaces and bedrooms
Deposit: £1030
